Why we exist
In India, some of the biggest decisions of a life are made almost blind — a stream chosen at fifteen, a career picked from a shortlist of a dozen, guided mostly by marks, pressure, and whatever the people nearby happened to know. Talented people spend years, sometimes decades, discovering strengths they always had and options they never heard of. That cost is enormous — and most of it is avoidable.
